Dzantik'i Heeni (Juneau, Alaska) ~ Spruce Root Inc. now offers our Path to Prosperity Business Basics course in an online, self-paced format.

The three- to four-hour online course, which is similar to our previous in-person and virtual workshops, will take you through the fundamental strategic questions that an entrepreneur needs to answer before starting or expanding a small business.

The course covers basics of business licensing, marketing, branding and financial planning, enabling entrepreneurs to think clearly about the purpose of their business.

The class walks users through a simplified business plan template, which will allow participants to create a one-page business plan summary, as well as two years of financial projections.

Participants who finish the course and pass the final exam will receive a printable certificate of completion.

The course costs $25, but the course fee may be waived for participants experiencing financial difficulty. Please email grow@spruceroot.org to request a waiver after registering for the course.
